Mike leverages his extensive experience and proven success in building and leading healthcare businesses to deliver strategic solutions focused on profitable growth, revenue, and enterprise value. Known for solving complex challenges, he combines executive collaboration, member-focused strategies, and operational excellence, driving innovation with new market insights, best practices, and vendor partnerships.

With a significant career in government programs, Mike has held leadership roles across consulting and corporate sectors, including directing a $3 billion Medicare insurance company. At Ernst & Young, he led the launch of four Medicare plans and integrated the PBM within the Medicare Advantage program. At Express Scripts, he expanded the PDP from regional to national, quadrupling profitability. During the Express Scripts/Medco merger, he led the integration of government programs, encompassing systems, teams, and processes. Mike’s innovation is further demonstrated by his two U.S. patents.

Throughout his career, Mike has led major system implementations, product developments, and organizational integrations, creating cultures focused on performance and alignment with policy to maximize impact.

Mike holds an MBA from St. Louis University and a bachelor’s from Bradley University. Mike is dedicated to applying his education and experience to create value-driven healthcare solutions.
